SETTING YOUR INTENTIONS

When you first receive your surrender to happiness crystals, it is important to set your intentions. To do this, allow yourself time to sit quietly, holding each crystal in the palm of your hand. Breathe in peace, and visualize your intention for your crystal, continue to do this for a few minutes. Feel your crystal’s energy; they are listening and ready to support your intention.

CLEANSING YOUR CRYSTALS

Crystals work their best when they are cleared and cleansed. There are many different ways you can do this; here are a few ideas:

  • Gently rinse your crystals with (sea) saltwater before placing them outside in the sun for a few hours (be aware some crystals may fade if left too long in the full sun).
  • Hold your crystals in the smoke of a burning sage stick until they are fully immersed.
  • Place your crystals on a selenite charging plate overnight.
  • Bury your crystals in the earth in your garden for 24 hours (don’t forget where you put them).
  • Place your crystal under running water while asking the universe to remove all negativity from your stone (be aware some crystals disintegrate in water).
